Derma roller Therapy is only available from trained medical practitioners and authorised clinics.
It works by producing thousands of microscopic needle columns in the dermis of the skin, these stimulate the skin to regenerate and repair itself naturally and safely. The patient looks as though they have mild to moderate sunburn after the procedure and normally recover the same-day with only a little residual redness the following day. The natural regeneration and repair that the Derma roller creates takes time as new collagen is formed, new skin cells are generated and the blood supply is enhanced. It can take up to 6 weeks for visible signs of regeneration and repair to be seen and the process will continue over the following months providing a gradual and long lasting enhancement.
